I'm James Montgomery and I am a native to the Denver, Colorado metro area.  I have always been blessed with the family and friends in my life.  I struggled like many business owners at some level trying to get the business to work and work better without me having to work drastic hours that took away the time I could enjoy playing golf, traveling, enjoying a nice dinner with friends or even how present I was at family functions. I knew there had to be a better way.  I had some friends and business associates that had it going financially but they did not have to sacrifice those things.  They were gracious enough to share some of their wisdom with me, like true champions do.

My passion is business, specifically training, coaching, and mentoring.  It's in my wheelhouse!  I love the look on my clients faces when they find I can help them to get the most out of themselves, the team they work with, and actually get their business to work for them!!

Sales is the catalyst to all business... nothing happens until something is sold.  It's an old axiom, but I have encountered business owners who were selling at the wrong price or in the wrong space and were actually costing themselves money by increasing their number of closed sales.  I don't have to explain that is a bad place to be in.  I'm proud to report most of the people I have coached in these and similar troubled areas in the inner workings of their operations had great results.  

The difference between those who grew and had incredible financial results in their business boiled down to two factors.  Firstly, the champions took action.  They started with a true, accurate assessment of their business and were good students.  Secondly, champions in all areas of life continually learn and apply what they have learned.  After all, you can have all the knowledge of the most brilliant minds, books, resources, but if you keep that knowledge bottled up in your brain or you can choose to apply what you have learned and share it with those in your business organization, friends, and family... that's wisdom.  Wisdom is transformational.
